How many people can stay in the apartment?

The apartment accommodates up to 6 people in 80 square metres. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The children's room has a bunk bed (top 90 x 200 cm, bottom 140 x 200 cm) and a pull-out bed (90 x 200 cm).

Yes, dogs and cats are expressly welcome. Food bowls are provided. There is no additional charge.

How far is it to Lucerne?

The apartment is located in Dierikon, about 10 minutes by car from Lucerne train station. By bus, it takes around 20 minutes.

Yes, a private garage parking space with covered access to the apartment is included in the price. A charging station for electric vehicles is available.

What is in the kitchen?

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso machine. Basics such as salt, pepper, oil, pasta and rice are provided. Fresh fruit, bread, milk and eggs are ready on arrival. Children's tableware and a high chair are also available.

Is there equipment for babies and toddlers?

Yes, a high chair, travel cot, buggy, children's tableware and night light are available. Nappies or other supplies can be arranged before arrival on request.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 3 nights in high season and 2 nights in low season.

What is included in the price?

Final cleaning, pets, garage parking with EV charging station, bed linen, towels and kitchen basics are included. The only addition is the accommodation tax of CHF 1.10 per person per night.

Can I book directly or only through Airbnb?

Both options are available. You can book directly through our website or through Airbnb. Direct bookings are not subject to the Airbnb service fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, we refund 50 percent of the total amount minus a CHF 75 processing fee. From 7 days before arrival, no refund is possible. The full terms can be found on the cancellation policy page.

Purpose and legal basis

We process personal data for the performance of the contract (booking, accommodation), to fulfil legal obligations (registration form, accommodation tax) and for communication. The legal bases are performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest (fraud and abuse prevention).

What data we process

We process booking and communication data (name, contact details, travel dates, content of enquiries), registration data in accordance with hotel registration requirements (including identity document data), payment information (bank transfer; we do not store complete account details) and technical logs (server logs, minimally required to operate the website).

Registration form

Registration data is collected in advance. The registration form is signed in person on site and retained for 5 years in accordance with the law. Disclosure is made only upon official order.

Hosting and systems

The website and all data are hosted in Switzerland (including backups). We use WordPress with a booking plugin and a self-hosted analytics solution. There is no disclosure of data to third parties, no use of external CDNs for personal data services and no transfer of data abroad.

Cookies and tracking

We use only technically necessary means. As no third-party cookies or trackers involving personal data are used, no consent banner is required.

Recipients of data

Data is only disclosed to authorities where there is a legal obligation (registration form, accommodation tax). In the event of damage, minimal case-related data may be transmitted to insurers. Guest personal data is not shared with accountants or tax advisors.

Retention period and deletion

Registration forms are retained for 5 years (legal requirement). Booking and communication data is stored for as short a time as possible, typically up to 30 days after departure, unless legal retention obligations apply. Tax records are maintained without guest personal data. A newsletter is not currently offered. Should this change in the future, it will only be sent with opt-in consent and an unsubscribe option.

Security

We protect personal data through TLS encryption, role-based access, system hardening, regular backups, the principle of data minimisation and regular deletion of data that is no longer needed.
