Cancellation Policy

Principle

By booking our holiday apartment you agree to the following conditions.

Booking and deposit

The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit amounting to 50 % of the total price. The deposit is refundable up to 14 days before the arrival date, minus a processing fee of CHF 75.

Balance payment

The remaining balance (50 %) is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation and refund

For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival we refund 50 % of the total amount minus a processing fee of CHF 75. From 7 days before arrival until the day of arrival no refund is possible.

Goodwill arrangements

No-shows, late arrivals and early departures are generally not refundable. Rebookings are not contractually provided for. On request we will check whether a rebooking is possible. If we succeed in reletting the cancelled period in full or in part, we will refund the amount received minus any costs, in full or proportionally. There is no entitlement to this.

Substitute guests

Substitute guests are possible provided the maximum occupancy is observed and we receive the registration data in good time.

Refund payments

Refunds are made by bank transfer once reletting and settlement have been completed.

Cancellation by the landlord

Should a cancellation on our part become necessary (e.g. due to damage or impossibility), a full refund of all payments made will be issued. Any further claims are excluded.
