Excellent experience; Jan and Nadine provided us with all the information we needed before our departure. They also prepared a welcome book and a website with very useful information! The apartment is brand new with everything you need. The hospitality for us and our dog was incredible! The location is very convenient for those who want to get to Lucerne in less than 10 minutes.

The house was incredibly comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed — well-equipped with modern appliances and cookware. Jan & Nadine were very responsive and gave excellent local recommendations that made day trips easy to plan. The location is ideal & well connected for excursions around Lucerne. They were thoughtful – fresh fruit and other breakfast staples greeted us and they even provided supplies for our pet cat ! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped, and pet-friendly stay.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional! The host truly thought of everything from eggs, butter, and bread to crayons and supplies that kept our child happily entertained. There was even a baby bathtub available, along with many other thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. The cupboards were stocked with literally everything you might need on a daily basis a fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and basic spices. The apartment was very clean, beautiful, well-maintained, and visually pleasing. It felt warm and cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. What impressed us even more was that the hosts even thought about our dog and prepared treats for him such a lovely and rare touch! It’s clear the hosts paid attention to every little detail. The check-in process was incredibly easy and hassle-free. We can honestly say this is the best Airbnb we have stayed in so far. Highly recommended!

We stayed there with two families for a long weekend and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is nicely furnished, in a quiet and beautiful location with good access by car, bus, or train, and is equipped with everything you need. We were particularly pleased with the groceries provided (fruit, milk, eggs, coffee).

We had a good week at Nadine and Jan’s place, who are very welcoming hosts. The apartment is clean, modern and well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable. Nadine and Jan had prepared a basket of fruit, coffee, milk, eggs, pasta etc for our arrival. Even our dog Arnold got his treats. The apartment is close to Lucerne, we enjoyed this city and its surroundings. We would recommend this listing .

There are not enough words to describe the experience of staying at Jan and Nadine’s place. First of all Jan was so communicative and proactive. He picked us up from the train station and was so patient even when we missed several trains because it was our first time in Europe. He texted called and responded via the Airbnb app. He was able to fit all of our luggage which was a lot (two 50 pound checked bags, 4 carry one, 3 backpacks), two adults and 3 kids to get up the hill to their house. He made us feel welcome and we were blown away by how clean and perfect the house was. There were art supplies for the kids which they loved, there was coffee, tea, hot chocolate, butter, eggs, milk everything we needed! I’ve never stayed at a nicer Airbnb. He even offered us their car seat when the rental company did not deliver ours. Lastly, we had an awkward switchover day between airbnbs and he let us leave all our stuff there and check out really late that night! Absolutely incredible host!

Jan and Nadine are incredibly kind and warm-hearted — the best hosts we’ve ever had! The house is newly renovated, clean, cozy, and very comfortable, perfect for families with children. The hosts thoughtfully prepared bread, milk, fruit, and other daily essentials for us. Our girls loved visiting the chocolate factory nearby recommended by Jan. We highly recommend this home to any family visiting Switzerland!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was so thoughtfully laid out,beautifully decorated, practical, elegant, bright and cheerful and extremely well equipped. The kids’ room was a great hit with the triple bunk! The EV charger was a bonus!

Also, we particularly appreciated that the milk, butter, bread, eggs and fruits that were there for us were organic and/or local.🙏🏼. And another extra thank you for the abundance of decaf coffee capsules!! And of course the big welcome for our dog with bowls and a bone!! The grandchildren loved being there when they visited and we had the best sleepover ever in the triple bunk bed!! A huge thanks to Jan, Nadine and Paul for receiving us so warmly. This has been the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The hosts are incredibly kind, always ready to help, and clearly take great pride in their place. Everything is well organized , the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, spices, and even complimentary treats like bread and fresh fruit. There’s also a great espresso machine for morning coffee.

The location is perfect, less than 15 minutes drive from Lucerne’s train station. And the home is very family-friendly, with plenty of toys and art supplies for kids. Everything about this stay felt comfortable, welcoming, and exceptionally well prepared.
