Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 1:00 pm, check-out by 1:00 pm. Access is via PIN code (self check-in). The PIN must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties. Different times may be arranged by prior agreement.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 4 children or 4 adults (each with pet). Visitors are only permitted within the maximum occupancy and in compliance with quiet hours.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am and all day on Sundays and public holidays. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbours, especially when using the terrace and garden.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, on the terrace and in the garden.
Candles and open flames
Candles are only permitted under supervision. Open flames must be kept away from furniture.
Pets
Pets are welcome, provided they are house-trained. Any soiling must be cleaned immediately. Sofas and beds are off limits for animals. Dogs may use the garden for play, however the property is not fully fenced. Please do not leave dogs unsupervised in the garden. The garden is not to be used as a digging area or dog toilet. Any mess must be picked up immediately.
Rubbish and recycling
General rubbish must be placed in the official blue Lucerne rubbish bags. Please place full bags sealed in the black bin on the property. Organic waste goes in the green bin. Please also separate PET and plastic, paper and cardboard, aluminium and tin, and glass. Further details can be found in the Welcome Book.
Heating and ventilation
Heating, cooling and ventilation run automatically. During the heating season please do not leave windows and doors permanently open or tilted.
Kitchen
Please leave the kitchen clean, load and start the dishwasher and empty the fridge before departure.
Washing machine
A washer-dryer is available in the bathroom. Please bring your own laundry detergent. Check the machine for forgotten clothing before departure.
Terrace and garden
The terrace is available for your use. Please cover the dining table with the weather protection cover in the evening. The use of disposable barbecues is not permitted.
Children’s equipment
Travel cot, buggy, high chair and changing mat are in the utility room. Please treat the equipment with care.
Garage and parking
The parking space is in the garage (right-hand side as seen from the road). Please park petrol cars nose first, do not park any cars outside and keep the garage door closed. Bicycles and skis also belong in the garage, not in the apartment.
Charging station
An 11 kW charging station for electric vehicles is available. Please charge in Eco mode (solar energy) whenever possible. Please coil the charging cable neatly and hang it back up after use.
Safety
The light switches have integrated temperature and smoke detectors. A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen, a first aid kit in the apartment. Please report any emergencies immediately. Emergency numbers can be found in the Welcome Book.
Damage and defects
Please report any damage or defects immediately. We will take care of it promptly.
Departure
Please leave the apartment and garage in a reasonable condition: dispose of rubbish, start the dishwasher, close all windows and doors, switch off lights, close the garage door.
Violations
In the event of violations of these house rules (in particular smoking, parties) a flat fee of CHF 250 will be charged. Further claims for damages are reserved.
