80 square metres, built in 2025, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with views of the countryside. Space for up to six people, two bedrooms, a private garden and a garage with direct access to the apartment. Everything families with children need is already here. Arrive and unwind

You drive into the garage, step out and you are already in the apartment. No carrying suitcases up stairs, no searching for a parking space. When it rains, you stay dry. When it snows, there is nothing to scrape. If you drive an electric car, you can charge it overnight at the charging station in the garage.

The apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac. No through traffic, no busy road. Children can play safely outside the house. Lucerne train station is about 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus.

Sleep like home

The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and bedside tables. Quietly located on the garden side.

The children’s room is the favourite of our young guests. The bunk bed offers a sleeping space on top (90 x 200 cm) and a wide bed below (140 x 200 cm). An additional pull-out bed (90 x 200 cm) is ready. This way, up to four children sleep in their own room, and you have the evening to yourselves.

For babies and toddlers, a travel cot and night light are available. Both are set up on arrival if you mention it when booking.

Cook, eat, enjoy

The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Plenty of tableware, pots, pans and baking tins.

Basics such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, flour, rice and pasta are in the kitchen. Fresh fruit, bread, milk and eggs are waiting when you arrive. The Nespresso Vertuo machine is ready to go, coffee capsules included. Plus a selection of teas.

For the little ones, there is children’s tableware, children’s cutlery and a high chair. In the surrounding area, you will find several farm shops with fresh produce straight from the farm.

A children’s room that children love

Our holiday apartment is designed with children in mind. In addition to the beds, the children’s room has its own table with child-sized chairs. The creativity cart is filled with crayons, paints and craft supplies. Board games and puzzles for different age groups are on the shelf.

In summer, outdoor games for the garden are added. A buggy for outings is also available.

Pets travel with you

Dogs and cats are expressly welcome. They are part of many families, and that should be no different on holiday. Food bowls are ready, and a first treat is waiting too. There is no additional charge for pets.

Your own garden

The private garden terrace is on the far side of the house. In summer, the table and chairs are set up outside. Children play on the lawn, you enjoy your coffee in peace. In the evening, you can take in the view over the Rontal valley.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a bathtub with an integrated shower and glass shower screen. After a long day out, the children can splash in the tub while you start planning the evening. Towels, hairdryer, soap and hand cream are provided.

What makes everyday life easier

A washing machine with tumble dryer is right in the apartment. Especially on longer stays with children, this saves you half a suitcase. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, including the bathroom. In winter, it is evenly warm throughout.
